Total syndicated bank debt: $150MM, Total debt: $200MM.; Completed a successful, orderly liquidation under Chapter 11, resulting in a significant recovery to creditors. Prior to company's bankruptcy filing, oversaw a staff of 50 in the accounting and finance departments of the Company and 7 operating subsidiaries. Had full responsibility for all cash and debt management functions. Oversaw cash flow forecasting and budgeting, cost reduction identification and implementation, risk management, and financial and tax reporting functions. Lead negotiations with customer and creditor constituencies, including syndicated bank group, bondholders, and unsecured creditors committee.
