Working within the quality sector of the Electronic Security industry since 1983, I have gained exclusive specialised experience at the highest level: working at important establishments, MoD sites and Governmental projects for most of my formative years in the CCTV and Security Industry.My interest in the world of security combined with my electronic engineering experience learnt during 8 years working within the Ministry of Defence, (straight from school), led me to commence trading with my own company - Secure Engineering in 1988. Steady growth at the industrial and commercial end of the Security Industry have helped to build a company that over 27 years has made an important contribution to the Security and safety of our nation. Managing DirectorSecure Engineering Ltd Dec 1995 - PresentMaidstone, KentSecure Engineering Limited evolved in 1995 when the company transformed from a sole proprietorship. At this stage the company was gaining momentum providing cutting edge security solutions for the railway industry. We started serving local councils and power stations in the south. Planning for growth the company moved to a larger office in Maidstone and the team expanded to cope with the demand. In 2000 we moved to an expansive and very pleasant Barn complex overlooking the Weald of Kent. There is an interesting harmony between the high technology environment inside the premises at Secure Engineering and nature’s own wonderful environment surrounding the outside.Secure Engineering are always engaged in expanding their services to include a greater range of the most effective types of specialist security solutions. We have recently developed new solutions for loss reduction in car parking. All of our developmental work is on-going. My role as Managing Director has changed somewhat from those early days as Sole Proprietor. The tools have been replaced by a desk, and a comprehensive team of very capable staff.
