Cakes By Cliff was founded in 2015 as a passion project which sought to blend my love for architecture and design with cakes. Initially a cake baking and decorating business supplying cakes to a local Sydney customer base for weddings and special events, it has evolved into a teaching and mentoring business whereby I offer workshops in person and online.
