Cakes By Cliff was founded in 2015 as a passion project which sought to blend my love for architecture and design with cakes. Initially a cake baking and decorating business supplying cakes to a local Sydney customer base for weddings and special events, it has evolved into a teaching and mentoring business whereby I offer workshops in person and online. Key Achievements:• Organically growing Cakes By Cliff social media audiences through content creation and curation: Instagram audience to 223,000+ and Facebook audience to 8,000+ with average of 10% engagement over the course of 4 years • Successfully partnering with Williams Sonoma, The Great Food Festival (Sentosa, Singapore), Cakers Warehouse, to deliver face-to-face teaching workshops across Australia and overseas in New York, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore• Created the ‘Cakes By Cliff’ Online course in 2018 including course planning, instructional design of course modules and recipes, videography project management and campaign planning/execution for launch• Developed digital campaign and content marketing strategies to generate leads and convert into sales for launch of Cakes By Cliff online course including email marketing audience segmentation, content creation, landing page optimisation, email build, management of Instagram and Facebook story, post and influencer/affiliate marketing calendar and campaign tracking• Successfully building robust commercial relationships with brands such as KitchenAid, Williams-Sonoma, Oreos, Dermalogica, Nolinski Hotel (Paris), Museum of Contemporary Art (Sydney, Australia), Cakers Warehouse, Queen Fine Food and Samantha Wills jewellery to deliver bespoke cakes and social media content partnerships• Obtained organic written features in publications such as Buzzfeed Australia, Vogue Bridal, Time Out Magazine, Daily Mail, Confetti Magazine, Grazia Magazine and other specialist wedding and events publications

- Assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking- Assisting employees who are cooking- General pantry and cleaning duties within kitchen area, including the cleaning ofcooking equipment and general utensils- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margin

• Effectively supported the delivery of a $5M Base Security Infrastructure Program project for multiple Australian military bases on the east coast• Contributed to the growth of the business from FY17 to FY19• 100% on time supply and installation of active vehicle barriers• Instrumental in setting up the company’s website from concept to completion• Responsible in setting up stock control and inventory software for a second warehouse• Successfully hired a number of staff in different departments based on business growth• Prepared all IT related equipment for existing and new staff• Responsible for managing all subcontracts from tender to practical completion at iconic sites across Australia including Bourke Street Mall, Sydney Opera House and various sensitive sites in the ACT
