• Deliver complex implementation activities required by the business to specification and agreed delivery standards while also meeting CDM legislation.• Drive complex delivery activities ranging from new product introduction, same again roll-out, migrations and decommissioning.• Subject matter expert for assigned tasks, creating compelling evidence to drive third parties to deliver within specified guidelines and standards.• Undertake complex change activities, owning the Change Management interface, creating risk assessments and method statements and supporting the delivery of on-site activities• Liaise with key external parties and suppliers, to drive quality in all outsource deliveries.
