Aircraft Inspector / Lead Aircraft Maintenancetechnician
Project supervisor for critical inspection and maintenance projects. Supervise and train technicians, manage labor hours, order parts, estimate costs and produce quotes for customers. Perform Annual, phase and 100hr inspections. Perform troubleshooting and repair of numerous models of general aviation and business class aircraft. Excel in aircraft air conditioning systems troubleshooting and repair, including R12 and R134 systems. Effectively (completed under time and cost estimates) supervised Cessna Conquest SIDS and CPC inspection program, consisting of managing 9 technicians, directing 1508 man-hours and managing the $175,000 budget. Developed and administer, as well as participate in, the current airline contract on-call maintenance policy successfully for 8 years. Developed and implemented numerous communication, tracking, and technical reference tools in use today, increasing efficiency and down time. Experience includes Cessna CJ1/CJ2, Cessna Citation 550/650, Conquest, King Air B100, Cirrus SR22, and many other Piper and Cessna models.
