I design and run our global umbrella of digital literacy programs that start from theoretical foundations all the way through to applications, platforms, and tools.Global audience size: 12,000 globally, with primary focus on APAC.

The 100 Club runs masterminds to support a private network of founders. I facilitate these masterminds to tease out peer to peer (P2P) learnings.

My role here was to help our Key Accounts in SEA progress along their Talent Acquisition strategy via a mix of product consulting, training, and change management. Key highlights include:- Mentoring an undergrad through to securing their first job as part of our Social Impact initiative,- A stint with the Product Champions team, where we deep dive into the product and act as a bridge between PM and CSM teams- And of course, helping our clients' TA teams navigate the 20/21 pandemic, identifying talent trends and building actionable insights

A key strategic project was to solve for scale of training impact. This involved laying the initial groundwork for subsequent digitalization of our function.Secondly, we transformed the Training function to seamlessly integrate both technical product training and soft skills sales training for our consultants.I did this tactically through:- Developing an online library of video resources- Creating scaled elearning content (SCORM, primarily using Articulate 360)In addition, I was involved in the Project Management of new product roll outs, post-launch adoption, and Voice of Customer (VOC) pulse checks.

I spent my first year recruiting Risk professionals for the Banking/Financial Institutions before rotating into our RPO business. Key takeaways here was the grave importance of the candidate experience and journey, as well as the critical role of TA to bridge hiring manager, candidate, and vendors (if involved).

I was an on-site RPO recruiter for the Investment Bank's Middle-Back Office in APAC, under Hays Talent Solutions. I learnt the inner workings of In-House Talent Acquisition here: compensation benchmarking, internal candidate pools (internal mobility & relocations), employer brand messaging as a TA rep. This was my first foray into 360 Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. They say you always remember your first placement, and mine was an FP&A into an investment holding company. My biggest thrill and takeaway was the very intimate and tangible impact I made on my candidates' careers

It's only on hindsight now that I realize the privileged position I was in to learn from, promote, and contribute to the evolution of the HR community in Asia. Back then I was fresh out of school and just glad to put my Degrees to use in a relevant field.
