I am one-man IT for a Retinal Specialist medical practice employing about 120 people spread across nine locations throughout the Greater Cleveland area. I literally do it all; desktop support for the most basic issues on desktops and diagnostic computers (Merge/OIS, Zeiss, Heidelberg, Accutome), Cisco LAN/WAN installation and configuration, Windows Server maintenance, and new equipment purchasing.

I'm called upon to perform anything from basic maintenance of client servers to ground-up [re]designs of computing environments requiring a significant understanding of the differentiating features in areas of computer hardware, software, and network equipment. I have developed a specialization in virtualization, particularly VMWare, but a very aggressive non-profit pricing structure on the part of Microsoft has had me recently me gaining a lot of experience with the Hyper-V role.
