Currently manage facets of land/vertical development and construction for FDG senior living developments.Duties include: Coordinate third party jurisdictional designs and permitting processes to ensure entitlement for new developments; develop and manage budgets, schedules and reports thru project completion; complete due diligence including surveys, deeds, and plats; evaluate site logistical issues and potential development impacts; and manage construction for final certificate of occupancy. Experience includes owner representation at state and local government hearings. FDG projects offer residents an upscale senior living experience for retirement and care.
