Interacting with plants and nature is therapeutic, and improves our level of well-being. As a Registered Horticultural Therapist (HTR), I faciliate opportunities to connect people with plants, nature, and inner-creativity, helping them discover and achieve their potential. As a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP), I help others explore, map out, and navigate paths that build their careers. As an Expressive Artist, the process of exploring different art modalities – like dance, music, drama, poetry, storytelling, visual arts, and other creative forms including cooking, and gardening are therapeutic and primary strategies for promoting my own well-being.I'm seeking opportunites to collaborate with other professionals, and apply my diverse skill sets.
