- NorthMarq Capital Finance (NCF) is one of Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS ®) Lenders and a subsidiary of NorthMarq, the nation’s largest privately held servicer and provider of commercial real estate debt and equity- Specialized in the origination and structuring of multifamily debt and structured financial products; screened and underwrote over $2 billion dollars in debt throughout the entire country, including NCF’s largest transaction to date, a $334 MM transaction in Silicon Valley.- Developed cash flow projection models through due diligence relating to new investments; including the review of business plans, third party reports, title/survey, rent rolls, historical financial statements, in depth tax analysis and market research.- Performed lease-up modeling for assets nearing stabilization for construction take-out refinancing. Analysis included market supply & demand fundamentals, historical lease-up, rent comparables, concessions burn-off, and loan-to-cost suitability.- Underwrote value-add acquisitions; modeling proposed renovation plans, subsequent rent increases, and alternative refinance exit rates supportable by market comparables.- Prepared loan narratives comprised of our investment thesis, risk mitigation analysis, loan sizing, sponsorship credit and experience, property management due diligence, fundamental market analysis, refinance exit analysis, and comparable transaction analysis to determine suitable and marketable deal capital structure for NCF and FNMA credit review.- Executed rate locks through the primary offering of single asset MBS via live auction to sell-side investment banks.

- Performed market analysis to identify open points for new Audi stores, with a focus on maximization of ROI & sales volume.- Executed financial valuations of dealerships going through mergers and acquisitions to determine value of the franchise.- Developed a financial model to simulate AoA’s future retail strategy; for use by top executives at dealer council presentation.- Effectively initiated the automation of financial reporting and analysis through compiling over 40 reports into a one pager, unique to each dealer. Comprised of over 50 KPI’s versus prev. year, area, region, and national performance through the use of data validation dropdowns, VBA and SQL code, and adv. excel functions. - Assisted in the coordination and processing of application package documents associated with Audi franchising matters (ownership changes, location changes, DBA changes, Asset Purchases, corporate reorganizations, etc.)

- Performed sales analysis/reporting, incentive program tracking, dealer profitability analysis and field support for all dealers- Automated and improved regional sales reporting through the implementation of SQL connected excel reports - Gained sales and marketing experience through Dealer Advertising Group (DAG) planning, implementing national marketing plans, & identifying/capturing leads through direct marketing, conquesting, & state specific incentive campaigns - Assisted and tracked a new pilot service drive loyalty sales program, which was later rolled out nationwide.
