Why we launched Climate Earth:Making business radically more efficient and sustainable is key to whether humanity survives and flourishes on our planet. We saw a significant gap between current manual life cycle assessment systems used to measure environmental impacts and the scale and responsiveness required by business management systems. By combining expertise in life cycle assessment with advanced software design expertise we felt we could fill that need. Where I come from: I am an executive with 35 years of experience delivering results in Silicon Valley, both as an entrepreneur and Fortune 500 executive. Prior to Climate Earth, I was CEO of four startups, including taking one public. Companies I led produced creative visionary solutions to new problems. These ranged from new advanced big data analytics, to automating international trade, and introducing artificial intelligence (AI) for customer support on the web. As VP and General Manager of a Fortune 500 I launched and led the companies fastest growing division.
