• Lead Lindex's water stewardship efforts, implementing end-to-end projects, driving innovative solutions for water optimization, and developing a comprehensive water strategy.• Guide the sourcing team in implementing Circular Fashion, Design for Longevity, and Zero Waste programs.• Develop a sustainability roadmap for the supply chain, establishing KPIs and milestones.• Report progress on the sustainability roadmap for 2025 and drive continuous improvement.• Manage due diligence processes for the South Asian supply chain, focusing on human resources and resource efficiency.• Oversee the certification and tracking of sustainable raw materials, such as GOTS, GRS, RWS, OCS, RCS, SCS, etc.• Pilot innovative solutions for sustainable manufacturing and scale them up globally.• Serve as an ambassador for responsible sourcing practices.• Act as the Carbon and Water Stewardship Manager for Lindex globally.Notable Achievements:• Developed a climate action roadmap for South Asian suppliers, targeting a 50% reduction in GHG emissions with a milestone of 30% by 2025.• Successfully phased out at least three chemicals by implementing superior alternatives.• Implemented the "Climate Action for Textile Industry" training program throughout the supply chain.Significant Outcomes:• Established guidelines for responsible buying practices, promoting social and environmental protection.• Produced a market due diligence report as a step towards ESG reporting.• Created a library of sustainable wet process techniques, promoting eco-efficient manufacturing.• Developed a calculator to measure the environmental footprint of materials in terms of water and GHG emissions reduction potential per product.• Generated a global water risk map, assessing water quality, quantity, regulatory aspects, and reputational risks.• Implemented a water strategy to lead the company towards water stewardship.
