I am 40% Partner of a luxury Resort nearest to the Wolf Creek Ski area and ran by an on-site Management Team. We currently have 7 beautiful cabins on 9-Acres which includes a 3.5 Acre trout-stocked lake, over 1,300-feet of river-front of the South Fork of the Rio Grande River (more trout fishing). We have a 54-foot bridge which accesses four of our acres which is open, and backs to ~2-Million Acres of the Rio Grande National Forest (Elk, Moose, Deer and Bear hunting abound). We have an on-site management team which run day-to-day operations and the overall resort. I held many Senior Management positions in - Aircraft Development, Production, Support, Program Management over a 33-year span, managing up to over 200 individuals including Managers, Professionals, and Union Employees. Of the 33-Years at Boeing the latter 13-years were in various Senior Professional positions at Boeing, predominantly Business Development, in Boeing's Commercial and moreover, Boeing's Military Divisions of the Company, leading Business Development on a multitude of Military Programs and Platforms (I held USG Secret Security Clearance Level), such as KC-135, V-22, E-4B, VC-25 and lastly, I was Business Development Lead for Sustainment of the C-17 Fleet of over 220 aircraft worldwide for my last ~5-years at Boeing, I was recognized by The Boeing President over Global Services & Support, at the time was Mr. , Tony Parasida, and separately, for the same Campaign, I was additionally awarded in 2011, the Boeing Business Development Leadership Award from The Boeing Vice-President of Boeing Defence, Space, & Security - Business Development (Chris Raymond) for my instrumental participation as a key team member (Business Development Lead) winning a 10-Year, ~$10B C-17 Sustainment Contract Award. I retired after 33-years at The Boeing Company to become a 40% Owner in a Vacation Resort near Wolf Creek Ski Area (Wolf Creek Wilderness Cabins LLC - DBA Alpine Accents Resort) shortly after my second major back surgery.
