CurrentCline H. White is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice in the state of Texas, before the U.S. Patent Trademark Office, and before the U.S. District Courts of the Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. Mr. White focuses his practice on intellectual property law, particularly drafting and prosecution of patents in multiple arts, including mechanical, medical, electronic, software, and business methods in both domestic and PCT applications. He also has experience in drafting and negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements from both the licensor and licensee perspectives; IP litigation; trademark procurement and enforcement; copyright registration procurement and enforcement; entertainment issues; and Internet issues. He is a member of the San Antonio Intellectual Property Law Association, and also has expertise in Internet/e-commerce, life sciences and medical technology, entertainment, and technology.
