Through my company, Clinipharm Services, I work with both plaintiff and defense attorneys throughout the country in matters pertaining to pharmacy practice, pharmacy law, pharmaceuticals-related hospital and medical malpractice, improper dispensing of controlled substances, and insurance fraud. Services include research, audits, case review, trial preparation, expert declarations, and trial testimony. I also assist attorneys representing pharmacists and pharmacies in disciplinary proceedings before the California Board of Pharmacy.
