Currently, I'm in charge of all marketing, research, and technology activities within the company. I manage marketing and research for over 60 listings that are for sale or lease in the state of Arkansas. Utilizing Excel and other resources I create reports determining current market rates for retail, office, land, and industrial properties. These reports help team Nabholz determine a price or BOV for properties around the state of Arkansas. On a day to day basis I use software programs to draft and present commercial real estate contracts, property proposals, & property brochures for new listings, closings, and leases. I'm responsible for pushing each listing to syndicates which enable leads, prospects, & brokers the information at their fingertips. Untilizing Adobe, Mindmatrix, and our internal Online Tracking System I create property websites personalized for each property listing. These listing websites are used to attract clients to list properties with Nabholz or provide detailed property information to pontential prospects and leads. I use Icontact, Constant Contact, Mindmatrix, Real Buyer Direct, Retail Lease Trac, and other sources to track and generate leads through email marketing. I create ad's and postcards utilizing Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator. Recently, we've had ad's in the Wall Street Journal and AY magzine.

I assisted the Managing Director | CEO, Marketing Coordinator, Property Manager, and Associate Broker with day to day activities.Utilized Excel to create a database, called Bluebook, consisting of more than 20,000 commercial properties in the state of Arkansas. It includes 50 seperate fields of property information with attached property brochures, tax documents, photos, and site plans for each property listing. Utilizing the data in the database I created pivot table reports to summarize property information and determine current market sale and lease rates for land, office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. This database was listed on the Sperry Van Ness Company Intranet for realtors to use all over the U.S. Created pivot table reports used to analyze annual company commissions and the probablity of properties being sold or leased. This report is currently being used by the CEO to help evaluate the status of the company.Updated our company Information system, Lotus Notes, which contains over 16,000 contacts, 14,000 organizations, and logs everything the company has compiled in past 20 years.
