Clint focuses on maximizing operational efficiency within the residential and commercial development markets, reviews all commercial and residential real estate investment proposals, manages strategic services and heads up all Green Building and sustainability pursuits. Basham has more than 20 years' experience in the construction and development industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Climate Science from Northern Arizona University.

Land development coordination. Managed all preliminary planning and design processes and coordinated civil engineering requirements. Researched project background due diligence, municipal ordinances and subdivision regulations, coordinated civil engineering, water & sewer plans and reports, hydrology reports, paving, grading, water & sewer plans. Managed submittal packages and facilitated revisions and approvals.

Contracted by the NSF to complete the Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program in Climate Science and Solutions. Developed a working knowledge of sustainability concepts, strategies, programming, and management practices. Acquired expert knowledge of climate change science and the affects on natural and human systems. Worked on greenhouse gas emissions analysis, forest health, watershed issues, energy and environmental economics, water stress in the southwest and urban climate change vulnerabilities.

Clean Air Cool Planet's Campus Carbon Calculator is used by thousands of schools to measure and chart their greenhouse gas emissions. I worked with the calculator to develop the framework for an online searchable database of high-impact, cost-effective carbon reduction strategies used by Institutes of Higher Education. Presented work at AASHE 2012 Conference.
