I help determine stock levels needed for non-recurring, specialized items based on usage, inventory, project demands, seasonal demands, changing customer needs, and projected depletion, and conducts extensive and exhaustive research of catalog databases and information to locate more cost effective available substitutes and new products. Help completes complex requisitions, and identify potential discrepancies and resolves those which involve special program requirements for urgent, critical shortage items requiring specialized procedures and efforts. Through extensive fact finding. Help in compiling statistics from data requiring substantial analysis, interpretation, and development of new formats. I enter data in multiple databases, and conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns. I put together retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements I am well versed in selecting the best sources from which to obtain information. I have prepared charts for briefings on performance and capabilities of different supply organizations and sources, and have had some experience in preparing recurring status reports, and alert the analyst or my supervisor of discrepancies and gaps in reported transactions and statistics. Monitor property inventories, monitoring the Un-reconciled Payments Report (UPR), as well as instructing property custodians on their personal property duties, inventory control, property transactions, document flow, transfers, and reconciliation of property. Serve as technical expert working in the DLA Aviation Command Staff doing planning and advocacy, working all requirements to support DLA Aviation as well as the Air Force Sustainment Center Oklahoma City. I am concerned with the overall management and analysis of supply program systems encompassing two or more technical supply activities (i.e., inventory management; distribution facilities and storage management). Well versed in preparing oral and written presentations to management as well as the workforce to include training, general awareness, Mission Goal, Mile Stones and way-ahead status.
