I started out as a typical conventional Personal Trainer but luckily found the path of Paleo for my health and for my clients' benefit. When I began training myself more naturally, as humans are meant to move, and incorporating play and nature time into my life, I introduced my clients to this and they loved it as much as I did. I don't exercise, I 'play'. Eventually I started working with children and realised I have a natural ability to connect with and communicate effectively with them, especially those on the Autism Spectrum, because I'm incredibly patient and adaptable. As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer I'm also a MovNat trainer, and dabble in primitive skills and bushcraft. Aimee and I enjoy running nature events, camps and retreats for children and adults, as well as offering natural fitness and health coaching services.
