Work closely with team members to provide a safe work environment. Make recommendations to improve environmental, health and safety of the shift. A certified FLL, responsible for the day-to-day operations of 3rd shift which I manage by myself with constant emphasis on safety, production, quality and shipments. Direct, train and coach shift employees as well as execute daily production requirement. Responsible for maintaining visual controls, and continuous improvement methods to the manufacturing floor. Meet or exceed productivity goals. Maintain waste generation at or below budgeted standard. Inspect the finished product to ensure quality specifications are met. Perform finish goods stock-take inventory, 5S and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Management of manufacturing employees to include performance reviews and motivational tactics. I also maintain full compliance of all safety rules and ensure housekeeping excellence.

Demonstrate competency assessing a patient, handling emergencies, utilizing Basic Life Support equipment, have the ability to perform CPR, control hemorrhage, provide non-invasive shock treatment, manage environmental emergencies, provide initial care in medical emergencies and trauma. Provide additional emergency care following established protocols, determines nature and extent of illness or injury, takes pulse, blood pressure, respirations, visually observes changes in skin color, makes determination regarding patient-status. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Write reports of daily observations, care of patients, facility, activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
