Strategic project management. Focused on development and roll out of a Greenfield Distribution facility, implementation of ERP. system and multi-site consolidation of manufacturing operations. Worked with International operations in Asia and Mexico to improve operational efficiencies and enhanced processes in support of objectives in the regions. (Areas of focus, included Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Financial compliance)

Multiple site responsibility (5) for all logistics, warehousing and shipping operations in a $650M business. Managed 7 supervisors and 153 employees across 3-shift. Initiated and led upgrade of RF platforms that broadly expanded the use and capabilities of RF throughout the organization. This upgraded system generated annual savings of 300K in warehouse labor and efficiency. Initiated and led a Distribution Shipping System improvement project resulting in annual savings of over $1.1M. Managed the inventory movement and consolidation of two facilities, one with 7M inventory, and one with $6.5M inventory in a 7-week period. Initiated, and led a consolidation of a 3PL warehouse, resulting in 780K annual savings. Negotiated multiple LTL and Parcel freight contracts, all resulting in reduced freight cost.

Responsible for all logistics, warehousing and distribution in a 60 million dollar business. Led team that implemented Lean Manufacturing process throughout all assembly areas. Installed Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. Directed and implemented inventory techniques and material processes within the manufacturing facility that resulted in a 45% reduction in indirect labor. Led the implementation of Baan ERP system in the Distribution area.
