Extern for Chief Justice Brian Quinn. Composed case memos that included issues of negligence, interpretation of a theft statute, bribery, and ineffective assistance of counsel.

Assisted professor Arnold Loewy with editing cases for Criminal Procedure and First Amendment class material. Prepared law review bibliography for the new edition of a Criminal Procedure casebook.

Researched and composed a memo on the applicability of the strip-and-gore doctrine. Composed a brief on a contest to a motion to sever and abate. Assisted with pre-trial matters, including special exceptions, assembly and presentation of documentary evidence, and testimony preparation of an expert witness. Attended hearings and trials.
