Clint has made it his mission to ensure that the people of the great state of Texas can rely on him as an advocate when it comes to protecting their families, their businesses or defending them when someone causes harm. When it comes to future planning, Clint believes everyone’s legacy is unique. Clint works side-by-side with clients to develop sound estate plans that best meet individual’s needs. His goal with each estate plan is to help clients leave a legacy, while avoiding the painful process of probate for heirs. When appropriate, Clint also assists in the establishment of trusts to avoid unnecessary taxes for heirs. For the tumultuous times in a person’s life, Clint provides stability and commitment, providing individualized care to each of his clients when they are dealing with the incapacitation or loss of a loved one. Skilled in probate, guardianship and contested guardianship, Clint helps good people through bad times, carefully tailoring strategies to attain his clients’ goals. A native of Monroe, Louisiana, Clint has lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 20 years. Clint and his wife Heather have 2 children and currently reside in Aledo, Texas. In his spare time, Clint enjoys coaching his son’s football team.
