CurrentDirector of Events - 2011 to Present (Concessions, Catering, Concerts, Festivals, State Fair of Texas and Fair Park as Master Concessionaire in the Automobile Building) Completing the P&L for each event within 5 days of conclusion - an average of 75 events a yearResponsible for the hiring and training of all staff. Daily event operations including inventory, equipment list and cash management. Working with each individual event on product placement from their sponsorship's regarding F&B.Working with all liquor, beer, wine, food and soft drink distributors on an event by event basis. - Scheduling products for event, delivery, truck placement and payment.Assisting each event on all functions of their event regarding F&B, including layouts and sponsorship Responsible for filling out and submitting all TABC permits for temporary permits and catering permits and local city health department permitting.Responsible for programming all point of sale for every event.Responsible for deciding the beer and wine brands used at 10 stands during the State Fair of Texas as well as the Texas beer brands used at Texas Wine garden at the State Fair of TexasResponsible for greeting, coordinating and payment of all wineries scheduled at the Texas Wine Garden in the State Fair of Texas.Examples of some of the larger events and concerts that my responsibilities included: The State Fair of Texas 2012 - 2018Mardi Gras Texas Style 2010 – 2020North Texas Irish Festival 2010 – 2020Big Texas Beer Fest 2012 – 2019JMBLYA Concert 2014 - 2019Dallas Observer’s Brew Fest 2012 – 2019Aurora 2013, 2015 & 2018Earth Day Dallas 2012 - 2017Taste of Dallas 2012 - 2017Dallas Observer’s St. Patrick’s Day Concert 2010 – 2017Lights All Night 2012Reliant Lights 2014 - 2015Kimbell Art Museum Lawn Festivals 2014 – 2016 WinStar World Casino’s PBR 2014 – 2017WinStar World Concert Series 2014 – 2018Grand Opening of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge 2012Electric Daisy Carnival 2010
