I have been a leader on the GM IT team for the last 19 years and I am interested in pursuing new challenges and growth opportunities.I am highly motivated and have a desire to pursue new solutions and areas that will benefit my customers, employees and an opportunity to grow as an individual. I enjoy working with new teams, tackling different problems and continuing to grow new skill sets. As you review my past experiences, you will see a wide variety of roles that I have held at GM and previous employers. I have had roles where I was required to learn or develop processes and lead teams to a successful outcome, even while learning the area for the first time. In my current role as a Program Manager, I must manage several global projects simultaneously along with many people and personalities. This requires that I keep several dispersed teams on task to complete our project deliverables on time and with great quality for our customers. I believe these skills are transferable to any business area to ensure work gets completed and effectively communicated. My project teams have 50+ resources working towards a global solutions and are deployed throughout the globe. I am integrated with requirements analysts, development teams, testing teams and operations teams. Responsible for management of IT components for the Future Sales Model program which delivered new capabilities to Sales and Marketing unit within Volkswagen of America (VWGoA). Had overall responsibility to ensure delivery of the IT projects which corresponded to the VWGoA’s launch of the new electric vehicle, ID.4. Responsible for all phases of the program including planning, estimating, initiation, execution, deployment and transition to operations. The projects delivered new capabilities for the potential customers to configure, enter a reservation for the new ID.4. The systems also required the customer to create a portal ID to track the status of the order through the lifecycle of manufacturing to delivery.  Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders on each project. Worked directly with the business leadership and senior IT leadership to review status, execute steering committee meetings and review the financials for each of the projects within the program. Required to work with Business Facing leadership, Development leadership, Testing leadership and Operational leadership to ensure all requirements were met to successfully deploy the products to production.  Backfilled the RTE (Release Train Engineer) position on our program. Responsible for ensuring current projects are efficiently executing. Facilitated the Product Iteration meeting with ninety cross team participants and ensuring the plans were created to be completed within the 12 week iteration. Responsibilities included management of team members from the development, testing, and business facing groups to ensure all project metrics are met including on time delivery while providing Annualized Direct Business Benefit (ADBB) to the GM business. Managing the Maximo 7.6 Upgrade project. The project implemented a standardized maintenance process, upgraded the global software solution, implemented a mobile solution for use on tablets on the plant floor and deploying the solution to sites across the globe. These projects supplied the GM business with $30 million in ADBB. Managing the Safety Predictive Analysis Dashboards project. The team included development, testing and business users. This project provided $650K of business benefit to the Safety organization. Managing Manufacturing Engineering Pre-Production Operations EDW project. Responsibilities included managing the GM EDW and Manufacturing teams to provide 200 plus reports to the business from five different Manufacturing source legacy systems. This project will provide $600K in ADBB to our GM business. Managing of the Scalable Maximo project which provides simplified Maximo screens for smaller business units. This project will provide $3.2 million in ADBB to our GM business. Management of the development of new style sheet within the Auros application for the GM Manufacturing and Product Development businesses. Project provided $2 million dollars of Annualized Direct Business Benefit to GM business.
