most recent experience as a landsurveyor includes several construction projects in Northern Virginia and Maryland, providing utility as-builts and locations,boundary surveys, wetland locations, and topographical surveys. Most recently he has been assigned to survey work on the I66Expresslanes Project in Fairfax and Prince William Counties. Mr. Hackett is a very detail oriented individual and a quick studyon new computer applications. Mr. Hackett worked as a pipe fitter and equipment operatorusing the following equipment: (backhoes - Case and John Deere), mini excavators - (Caterpillar and Kubota), breaker hydraulichammers, small asphalt rollers, street sweepers, dozers, underground drills and boring machines (Ditch Witch and Vermeer) forinstallation of gas lines in the Richmond Virginia area. Mr. Hackett also performed utility locations using underground locatingdevices. Work performed included gas line restoration to cracked or damaged lines, whole gas line termination, and gas linerenewals.

Logger Equipment operator - land clearing operations. Clear cutting and select cut, building logging access roads, Mr. Hackettwas responsible for properly operating and maintaining chain saws and logging equipment as well as small repair and minorbreak downs. Mr. Hackett is able to judge the lean of trees in order to drop a tree safely with minimal damage to surroundingsand environment.
