Disrupters are my people. I help them turn their bold visions into reality. I'm not interested in working on incremental improvements to existing concepts and platforms. We have plenty of people who do that well. I want to work with the leaders and companies that want to disrupt the entire system for good. I believe that disruption is needed to make us more secure. I believe disruption is possible, even likely. I believe China and Russia fear our ability to disrupt them, and they should. Fear = deterrence. We don't want to fight. We live in a world of disruption, and we are better off for it. It's the superpower of our economy, and the envy of the world. But here is the problem. We have this incredible engine of disruption, but to this point, tomorrow's warfighter has not yet benefitted from it. Why? Because the deck is stacked against bold visionaries who want to contribute to national security. Being a disrupter is REALLY hard in the national security space, because it is such a messy process. If you feel this pain--inside government or out--I will walk with you through this messiness. In my role as an adviser, consultant, and coach, I focus on three overlapping areas:1. Matching emerging technology and concepts to U.S. and Allied defense needs 2. Transforming organizations to adapt to structural changes 3. Growing leaders to navigate an uncertain future At the intersection of these three areas lies Disruptive Strategy. It's what I do.
