With 32 direct reports across 11 sites throughout the United States and London, I coordinate closely with attorneys and legal staff in the BDS, BGS, and CSO within Boeing's Law and Global Compliance Section. I address workload issues, employee morale, training, and development in order to meet the needs of our legal staff. I handle awards, compensation, recruiting, and performance issues within the Law Department Business Management and Operations Team. I am responsible for communicating policies and procedures while ensuring compliance and furthering cross-regional operations and initiatives.

• Oversaw 10+ direct reports, 140+ indirect reports, and a $10M budget across multiple buckets. • Inherited a field office suffering from low morale and inability to make direct decisions. Implemented professional leadership development for all line-level managers and enforced a single standard across the office, enabling a culture of accountability and removed two problematic leaders. This resulted in a significant increase in morale and decreased time to make decisions. • Developed and built a regional firearm training range, enabling 25+ agencies to utilize the facility and tens of thousands of hours saved annually. • Spearheaded the renovation of a $7M facility and physical security upgrade, overseeing the addition of video management systems, fencing, access control, servers, and other equipment. This upgrade has enabled digital feeds into countrywide field offices, ensuring business continuity and emergency response. • Manage insider threat and workplace violence program focused on physical and cyber incidents, including behavioral threat assessments. • Led 25+ crisis incidents including hostage recovery, active shooter, and others. Managed all crisis response elements and successfully resolved the Tops Supermarket active shooter incident. • Oversaw all internal misconduct investigations including EEO violations, including sexual harassment, bullying, and racism. These investigations also included improper use of law enforcement systems and accessing systems without authorization. • Managed 500+ domestic and international investigations focused on healthcare fraud, cryptocurrency, transnational organized crime, public corruption, civil rights, and more.

• Managed 16 direct reports, 150+ indirect reports, and a $8M budget. • Identified a stakeholder engagement problem that was taking resources away from major initiatives and collaborated with multiple law enforcement executives to resolve the issue, resulting in streamlined process and a 54% increase in agency involvement by adding eight new organizations. • Led regional compliance for 30+ key performance indicators (KPI) and increased nationwide ranking by 87% from 52 to 3 out of 56 total field offices. • Spearheaded a $7.9M facility upgrade project and delivered it on time and under budget, returning $800K to the federal government. • Inherited a failing intelligence program and implemented six major changes over the course of a year, resulting in the highest rating in the agency. Intelligence production increased by 150% or 115+ reports annually. • Oversaw regional cyber incident response and provided support to 50+ incidents including state-sponsored threat actors involved in ransomware, spear phishing, malware, data loss, and more. This engagement increased our cyber source base by 23% and led to multiple counterintelligence assessments on foreign threat actors. • Served as the Human Resources Officer for the region and trained 40+ personnel on communication, employee performance issues, and terminations. • Managed a multi-agency intelligence collection group consisting of multiple personnel from the FBI, CIA, and Department of Defense. This included 80+ personnel specifically trained in interview and interrogation who deployed worldwide to develop and present briefings on national security matters.

• Led employee performance for 35K+ employees throughout the agency and created four enterprise initiatives including tiered performance, integration with DOJ’s software system, awards, and terminations. • Deployed 13 teams to 56 field offices to train all personnel on human resources actions and initiated a new access deployment process allowing for internal communication on ‘performance improvement plans’ (PIPs), leading to a 52% increase in the number of PIPs. • Oversaw the Department of Justice new performance-based appraisal system and transitioned it to a paperless environment via a $2.6M contract. This saved all line-level managers approximately 600K hours annually. • Created the Leadership Assessment Survey which enabled the agency to interview every employee concerning their direct leadership. This developed a 360-degree internal review for all employees broken down by strengths and areas of improvement. • Automated a manual investigative guide and designed a mobile application for every employee, saving approximately 72 hours per incident and an estimated 1200+ hours annually.
