• Deployed 13 teams to 56 field offices to train all personnel on human resources actions and initiated a new access deployment process allowing for internal communication on ‘performance improvement plans’ (PIPs).
• Oversaw the Department of Justice new performance-based appraisal system and transitioned it to a paperless environment via a $2.6M contract. This saved all line-level managers approximately 600K hours annually.
• Created the Leadership Assessment Survey which enabled the agency to interview every employee concerning their direct leadership. This developed a 360-degree internal review for all employees broken down by strengths.
