This upgrade has enabled digital feeds into countrywide field offices, ensuring business continuity and emergency response. • Manage insider threat and workplace violence program focused on physical and cyber incidents, including behavioral threat assessments. • Led 25+ crisis incidents including hostage recovery, active shooter, and others. Managed all crisis response elements and successfully resolved the Tops Supermarket active shooter incident. • Oversaw all internal misconduct investigations including EEO violations, including sexual harassment, bullying, and racism. These investigations also included improper use of law enforcement systems and accessing systems without authorization. • Managed 500+ domestic and international investigations focused on healthcare fraud, cryptocurrency, transnational organized crime, public corruption, civil rights, and more.
