Started as a Junior Engineer, assisting the Senior Engineer on the construction of an Air Force Base in Gaborone in Botswana. I worked on that project within the company for 18 months.After that project was completed, I worked as the Planning Engineer for the Project Management team at The SAPPA paper mill in Nelspruit. There I was responsible for all the planning for the general maintenance shutdowns that ran every 3 to 6 weeks on the Paper Mill.
