May also coordinate the collection and delivery of company supplies and media. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Influences decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Responsible for the following areas for direct reports - career planning, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ships and delivers hardware, supplies and equipment to customers and vendors. Works with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of shipment. This position may require driving a company vehicle and/or a personal vehicle on company time and therefore would require a valid driver's license and the employee would be subject to the Motor Vehicle Policy for Management Employees. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
