The most important lesson I've learnt while pursuing my passion of building data solutions is that the end-users define the success of any solution you want to deploy. You can afford to buy the best solution off the shelf or hire the most skilled developers to work around the clock, but if your team does not have the skills or willingness to take ownership of that solution, then your going to lose some sleep getting it off the ground. People define success. People create solutions.
