Manage the technical and financial aspects of electric transmission and distribution projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and marketing N Line Electric's t services to both current and prospective clients.I am responsible for managing both internal and external relationships while overseeing projects. I work closely with the design team and provide leadership and mentorship to project support staff while learning my teams strengths and weaknesses to allow them to reach their full potential. Oversee the design and construction of overhead, underground, and transmission electrical power systems. Participate in the planning of capital improvement construction and maintenance projects. Responsible for planning, oversight, and completion of additional special projects such as fiber system installation and electrical system relocation projects.Budget preparation and administration of the approved budget through reviewing financial purchases in accordance with internal purchasing guide and ensuring all policies are followed.Provided oversight, scheduling and coordination for miscellaneous contract crews performing system maintenance and/or system improvements. (pole testing crews, mutual aid crews, and other contractors)Ambassador to the public including radio and tv interviews, investigated complaints and negotiated resolutions to customer concerns.Provide goals and assist in the development and implementation of division direction, workplace plan, policies, and procedures.
