Reporting to the Services Superintendent, responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to: • Staff supervision for Electricians, HV Electricians, Air Conditioning Mechanics, Plumbers, Carpenters and Cat 3 contractors;• Effective management and execution of all aspects of planned work to achieve schedule compliance to Rio Tinto standards and global Metrics;• Management of Cat 3 contract workforce across site;• Reviewing and implementing JHA’s and SWMS;• Managing planned work using SAP;• Supervising preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on all infrastructure across the HVO mine and CHPP;• Management of high voltage maintenance and repairs for the sites 6.6kv, 11kv, 33kv and 66kv infrastructure. (Contractors, HV permits, etc.);• HV and electrical planning and scheduling;• Duties as step in Field Scheduler when required; • Continuous working towards improvements associated to safety and cost reductions.
