• Staff supervision for Electricians, HV Electricians, Air Conditioning Mechanics, Plumbers, Carpenters and Cat 3 contractors;
• Effective management and execution of all aspects of planned work to achieve schedule compliance to Rio Tinto standards and global Metrics;
• Management of Cat 3 contract workforce across site;
• Reviewing and implementing JHA’s and SWMS;
• Managing planned work using SAP;
