As a member of the city's Executive Management Team, I am responsible for the continued operation, long-term prosperity and growth of Hampton-based federal entities consistent with the city's vision and values. Specifically I lead Hampton's efforts to partner with and build relationships with the NASA Langley Research Center; Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Langley Air Force Base); Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Fort Monroe National Monument and other federal organizations.Prior to joining the City of Hampton, I served as Senior Vice President, Global Security Operations, at ITA, International and was responsible for leading all programs and projects within the Global Security Business Unit across 27 states and 5 foreign countries. and providing the strategic evaluation of current and new markets. My background as a senior leader in the United States Air Force has equipped me with a broad range of skills and competencies that enable me to support the goals and objectives of ITA International and its customers. I have held prestigious assignments within the White House and the Pentagon, where I handled administrative, policy, and legislative support activities. I have also commanded and mentored teams of up to 4,300 cross-agency resources, developing solutions that redefined operational goals, stimulated performance improvements, and met regulatory requirements. Additionally, I have a strong academic foundation with four master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in relevant fields of study, as well as numerous trainings and professional development. I am passionate about creating positive working cultures, fostering team collaboration, and supporting the growth and development of my colleagues.
