With over 30 years of experience in pastoral and church leadership, I am passionate about serving the community and advancing the kingdom of God. As the Chief Operating Officer at Community of Faith, I oversee the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the church, ensuring alignment with our vision, mission, and values. I also oversee the ministry teams, administration and marketing, and facilities teams, and collaborate with the founding pastors and other leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. Prior to joining Community of Faith, I was the Multi-Site Pastor/Missouri City Campus Pastor at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, where I led the campus staff, ministries, and outreach programs, and grew the attendance and giving by 20% and 15% respectively. Before that, I served as the Campus Pastor at Cross Church for 14 years, where I was involved in multiple church planting, discipleship, and leadership development projects. I have a Master of Christian Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from University of Mobile. I have also acquired skills in financial goals, contact center management, sales and marketing, and public speaking throughout my career. My core competencies include vision casting, team building, problem solving, and communication.
