Industrial Air Compressor Technician, Traveling to customers sites to perform preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and emergency breakdown reactive maintenance repairs to get the customer back in operation in a timely manner. Awarded quarterly Technicians award for reducing customers down time, parts sales, and helping customers understand the benefits upgrading equipment or installation of redundant equipment of critical systems.

Schedule and coordinate Preventative Maintenance of Electric and hydraulic injection molding machines. Order parts required for preventive and predictive maintenance. Work with OEM on long term solutions. Find alternative components for obsolete equipment as needed to keep equipment running and also to introduce cost savings.

Facilitate and ensure compliance of all OSHA, NFPA, NEC, And corporate safety requirements. Obtain Train the Trainer certification for Cranes and Hoist, and Powered Industrial Trucks. Attend NCDOL trainings, and Continuing ED as required. Establish and implement site safety standards, policies, and procedures. Create and conduct Safety training as required with heavy focus on Lock Out Tag Out and Electrical Safety. Create LOTO equipment specific procedures for manufacturing equipment. Establish and maintain site Safety Committee and deligate periodic safety inspections. Tier II reporting, Management of SDS and Chemical inventory.

Maintain Facilities and Manufacturing Equipment. Conduct needed repairs on all equipment, assist fellow technicians as needed. Troubleshooting and repair of facilities Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Supervise the installation of landscape, hardscape, irrigation and accent lighting. Meet with and understand customer vision/ objectives. Work with landscape designers on 2D drawings to present to customers. Schedule installation, Order required materials for landscaping and hardscaps. Attend Irrigation, and Accent lighting design configuration and controls. Conduct installation of irrigation and accent lighting for private and commercial sectors.
