• Field incoming phone calls from prospective and current policy holders with professionalism and compassion to determine their eligibility for HIPAA qualified medical plans. • Answer any and all questions regarding the composition and benefits of (Guaranteed Issue) GI and Conversion medical plans that are offered through Florida Blue.• Follow established Protected Health Information (PHI) guidelines to determine eligibility for HIPAA qualified policies. • Accurately document all calls via the Telemarketing Tracking System (TTS) to create a record for future reference. • Utilize the RBMS (Florida Blues client information system), (Federal Employee Program) FEP employee tracking system, GI and Conversion Quote systems to determine eligibility and rates for valid plans. • Complete appropriate application for coverage and accurately document medical history via detailed medical addendum's for all applicants. • Address “Critical” inquiries as needed, reference and document actions taken to resolve any issues that were reported.
