Berkshire Property Advisors sold large portfolio and I assumed Regional Vice President at CNC to grow the company. While at CNC I supervised over 12,000 apartment homes consisting of 44 apartment communities in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and Oklahoma City. My primary role was to supervise takeovers of thousands of units, hiring regional and site staff, due diligence, trouble shooting, strategic marketing plans, lease ups, major capital improvements, staff training, operations to turn around troubled assets, Class A, B, C+. I was in charge of the Regional and property staff as the portfolio grew from 17,000 units to 44,000 units.
