Responsible for operations support teams at ARUP to include Specimen Processing, Automated Specimen Management, Transportation, Business Intelligence, Biocomputing, Automation & Engineering, Program Management, Systems Engineering and Bioengineering. The teams broadly support laboratory operations. Projects include automated track and specimen sortation, decapping/capping systems and automated laboratory pre-analytic processes. Manage a team that design, build and test clinical database solutions in laboratory information systems.

Responsible for quality control, validation and verification of results for Clinical Chemistry in Air Force hospitals. Supported all laboratory areas for various Air Force Hospitals and Clinics to include Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Microbiology and Referral Testing. Awarded a Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding contributions to laboratory services.
