The Nganhurra FPSO is an oil production facility located 50 kilometres north-west of Exmouth, Western Australia.• Budget, plan and coordinate the “10-year Special Survey for Class Certification” through Lloyds Australia.• Worked on 34 Tank and Void entries, continuous machinery survey, and facility safety equipment inspection and function testing for the survey.• Coordinate and Supervise the Red Hot Work (RHW) welding repairs required to achieve Class certification with-in the Nganhurra Tanks.• Mobilised all personnel required, coordinated with the Lloyds Surveyor and ensured the Class Deadline was met with No Conditions outstanding.• Forecast budgets; process receipts and invoicing, and monitor campaign costs by maintaining cost tracking spreadsheets for the Cost Control dept.• Resource SAP-generated work orders for recurring maintenance on plant and equipment, as well as corrective work orders for breakdowns.• Plan and organise resources for SAP refurbishment maintenance work orders for blasting and painting, structural repairs, and accommodation repairs and maintenance.• Interact with vendor representatives; coordinate contractors and equipment logistics to and from site for the campaign.• Leverage in-depth knowledge of OH&S regulations to ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
