Managing day to day operations of Peak Industrial Electrical, while working with the team to deliver safety and quality on projects within the industrial and mining sector.Tasks required to be completed within the role include:Creating project risk assessment documents that allow for identification of hazards and selection of appropriate controls, that aligns with client's and/or principal's health and safety requirements.Providing clients and prospective clients with quotations on proposed works and/or variation works.Review company documents (HSE, QA/QC, Operational, Administrative) and note areas for improvement, then produce draft documents with proposed changes to submit for review by General Manager.Produce company HSE, QA/QC, Operational, Administrative documents when identified by review or event driven basis.Monitor and manage project budgets to help ensure budgetary compliance, but to also assist in early identification of issues which can cause budget overruns and react accordingly to minimise budget impacts.Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, which includes a strong focus on delivering quality and safety within budgets.Provide operational personnel with off site support such as technical reviews, statutory compliance support, QA/QC review and HSE support.Ensuring that honesty and integrity are core values within the team by leading by example and appropriate management practices.

This position also required completion and submission of defect reports if non conformance items were found during inspections.

Gorgon Project Barrow Island

Job role primarily comprised of EEHA inspections on electrical equipment and testing of associated cabling within the hazardous areas of the Gorgon project's Barrow Island LNG Treatment Plant.Inspections comprised of detailed, visual & close inspections, then completion of subsequent inspection & test reports. This position also required the completion and submission of defect reports if non comformance items were found during inspections.Cable testing varied from basic testing of Extra Low Voltage & Low Voltage cables through to Insulation resistance , Polarisation Index & Very Low Frequency tests on High Voltage cables installed in the Barrow Island Gas Treatment Plant.

Provide casual electrical labour to Monadelphous Maintenance Division on various Iron ore shutdowns as well as oil & gas sub station work.

Rtio Paraburdoo Operations

Constructed, Compiled & Distributed all required Project documents. E.g.
