Planned and directed Supply Chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation for two cutting-edge furniture manufacturing facilities and 6 distribution centers located in the US, and Asia markets. Led a team comprised of 125 union warehousing associates, 75 union OTR and regional drivers, 55 non-union OTR drivers, 2 directors, 8 managers, and 3 lead union representatives. Led a 3-shift operation comprised of 55 union personnel, 2 managers, and 1 general manager. Spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives for freight and logistics management throughout the supply chain. Executed strategic plans to optimize lean supply chain management and optimization. Developed KPIs to measure operational efficiency, and performance analysis to create process improvement and efficiency gains.
