As a freelance illustrator I provide illustration services to a variety of clients in the outdoor, medical and automotive industry. Responsibilities:
-Create factory manufacturing instructions to explain the installation of Boa parts into brand partners products.
-Create illustrations to instruct customers and brands on use, care and the technical aspect of the Boa system.
-Work with brand partners to create high quality product illustrations for trade shows and advertisements.
-Manage photographic library and work with photographers to develop assets for Boa Marketing.
-Create instructional videos to explain assembly and disassembly process.
-Create illustrations for Sales and Management presentations to brand partners.
-Assist with graphic design related projects for the Marketing department.
-Worked with such brands as, Specialized, Treksta, K2, Scarpa, Viking and DeRoyal.

Responsibilities: - Created and managed all of the Parts Catalog illustrations for Nissan North America.- Worked directly with the customers and managed all aspects of the project while maintaining a very high degree of accuracy, quality and customer satisfaction. - Served as the illustration subject matter expert to consult and develop standards for new projects. - Created illustrations for dealer parts catalogs, service manuals, owners manuals and product and installation instructions.

I worked with customers at Nissan Research and Development to create, maintain and manage the Parts Catalog publications for North American built vehicles.Illustration work ranging from web design, service manual illustrations, owners manual illustrations, graphic design, brochures and web site development.Assisted with setup of network systems using ISDN and T1 lines for off site operations.Involved with the development of internal system network, including setup and troubleshooting of PC’s.
