As a board member, I help guide the strategy and direction of one of the country’s longest-standing health insurance carriers, offering medical, dental, and vision products and services to over 320,000 members. I am currently serving as the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.EMI Health is a full-service health insurance organization, founded in 1935. During the past 85 plus years EMI Health has successfully served employer groups in both public and commercial sectors.

Working with the CEO and CHRO of a PE-backed, high-growth tech company, I outlined the vision and strategy for the future of the global workplace experience and the new model of working at Workfront. I partnered with global executive stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and communication. I provided thought leadership to guide the global re-entry into the workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I led an outstanding team of HR and talent professionals that focused on creating amazing employee experiences throughout the entire employee life cycle. I enhanced the culture of an S&P 500, publicly traded company while engaging 4,000 employees across almost 2,000 retail locations in 40 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. I was responsible for the strategic direction of employee relations, total rewards, HRIS, people analytics, organizational and talent development, training, talent acquisition and employee experience to support rapid, nationwide growth.
