Projects are ongoing but now they are evening work and Saturdays. Projects I have completed include designing and installing sprinkling system for 8000 square feet of ground, hydro-seeding and successful growing of lawn. Successful creation of 3000 square feet of high yield garden, refurbishing trailers, putting in 70 foot retaining wall, installing 2000 square feet of patio in the form of pavers, rewiring electrical service to home and sheds etc. Each of these projects have included the full project cycle from concept and scope creation through change management and cost adjustments all the way to completion.

Ran the HotDocs automated forms portion of the business. Started with four managers and eventually I became the only manager running the business which includes day to day people and product management. Responsibilities included day to day management of a team of up to 12 full time employees and 6 temporary workers. Yearly budgeting, evaluations and business planning as well as day to day motivation and project allocation and follow up. I also hired managers and employees in the Philippines were we outsourced some of our automated forms product work. Worked within the team on weekly process improvement efforts to improve processes to more effectively meet growing demands and shrinking headcount. I have a good understanding of HotDocs and the scripting that is involved in creating forms using this product.

• Implemented the completion of three mission critical MCSE products that had stalled in development. Though assigned late in the cycle to these products, timely completion was accomplished by well-orchestrated use of available resources.• Designed testing timeline and managed resources effectively fixing all major reported bugs and allowing year-end marketing of completed MCSE NT 4.0 course materials.
