As the Vice President of Credit at Wings Financial Credit Union, the largest Credit Union in Minnesota with over $9B in assets and over 300,000 members, I am responsible for the credit quality of the credit union’s loan portfolio, and that lending practices are in compliance with all State and Federal regulations. This includes responsibility for credit policy, commercial lending and deposit operations, collections, loan buy desk and M&A due diligence efforts. Prior to Wings Financial, I’ve worked for community banks as Commercial Lending VP and for regional and national mortgage lenders leading sales teams and developing new loan products. I am also the Mayor of Apple Valley, Minnesota. Apple Valley is a community of 56,000 people approximately 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul. I’ve served as Mayor since January of 2021 after holding the office of Council Member for 10 years.
