Over his 22-year career, Clint has managed the sales and marketing of more than 200 communities in six states and the District of Columbia, encompassing a total sales value in excess of $4.5 billion. From townhomes in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to luxury waterfront condominiums in Florida, Clint’s range of experience encompasses both affordable housing and the highest-end condominium community ever sold in Washington, D.C. Clint is active in the community serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee Member for the DC Building Industry Association (DCBIA), on the Advisory Board for Capital Bank, an active member of the Urban Land Institute of Washington (ULI) and a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Clint holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from George Washington University. He Board Chair for Jubilee Housing, a nonprofit based in Washington, DC that focuses on affordable housing and supportive services for residents of Washington, DC. He is past Board Vice-Chair for Sitar Arts Center, an arts education center serving over 800 students a year from low-income households in the Washington, DC area and currently serves on their Leadership Council.
