Responsibilites include the installation, documentation, and process development activities associated with SiC standard process blocks. Work with process owners and waferfab to identify critical characteristics of the blocks, lead the characterization activity related to obtaining this critical data, and lead any qualification work required for the standard process block. Manage projects, give direction to SiC development, fab, test, and FA engineering to complete the release of the standard process blocks.

Globally responsibile for effective application of statistical methods in manufacturing, engineering and other organizations to ensure effective process control and continuos improvement activities leading to improved capability and performance. Develop and deliver training in SPC, DOE, DMAIC and other problem solving methods to all levels and organizations within company. Worked closely with Director of IT and one of the senior statisticians to design and improve global real-time reporting for management and increased engineering efficiency and responsiveness. We utilized leading edge software such as Power Business Intelligence and internally written code in R for these reports. Lead organization of statisticians/engineers working closely with engineering management and operations management at each site to ensure that the business process and applications were practical and effective, that the training was to the best current available knowledge, the implementation was according to corporate guidelines and procedures as well as utilized available reports effectively addressed the needs. Developed and integrated Zero Defect initiative into the quality strategy and culture transformation of the company.

Leader for the global Corporate Quality organization, strategy, leadership and alignment for quality engineering and quality management systems designed to support business operations and effectiveness. Significant achievements included leading the establishment of a corporate quality organization in the Solar Business Division during the acquisition and expansion of the solar business division, while continuing to lead the Semiconductor business division quality organization. Successfully, transitioned to the Sunedison Semiconductor when SunEdison spun off the semiconductor business unit as a separate company. Overall responsible all aspects of quality to ensure effective quality business processes and continuous improvement activities in business processes and quality performance for the corporation. This Including achieving as well as maintaining existing accreditation for all manufacturing locations to ISO;TS16949 and other customer-required accreditations. Manage subcontractor manufacturer quality performance globally. Significant achievements include the restructure of quality organizations from primarily corporate based function to a quality management structure aligned to the business units, greater than forty percent reduction in complaints each year, execution of improvement strategy in the quality systems supporting enterprise based systems, promoting talent growth within the quality function, while exceeding targeted expense reductions. During my tenure in this position the company achieved many customer recognition awards from companies such as Samsung, TSMC, Infineon and others as supplier of the year or for quality performance.
