I believe my educational background , qualifications and experience has equipped me with the skill set required for several positions within any company.     I managed the day to day operations for the corporation as the Director of Pastoral Care Services and as Director of Bereavement Care Service. I was the Administrator of Spiritual Care Services commonly known as the Head Chaplain, or in ages pass as the Corporate Chaplain of Thirteen location in five states. I managed all chaplain and bereavement coordinators. I centralized all training of new and old employees at the corporate office in Atlanta for consistency and clarity. During that time period the department never received a state nor federal infractions.I established policy, programs and implemented a Systematic Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP), therefore any of our staff could address issues which arose without guessing what should be the correct thing to be done. The results of this system were revealed in our post patient satisfaction scores, which increased and remained well above the ninety percentile. This was an across the board increase for Spiritual Care Services. I Implemented a Spiritual Care Plan which addressed providing optimum care and services upon the patient and family admission, during the length of care and until thirteen months post death. The Spiritual Care Plan included weekly family support groups, bi monthly grief and bereavement support groups, an Alzheimer support group, as well as a youth and teen support groups. The use of these services provided families with an outlet whereby to share and learn they were not alone. Yes, there are others who have, and are, surviving the loss of a love one, as well.

    I am only a customer with this establishment. I only allow my vehicle (Cadillac) to be serviced and repaired at Heritage Cadillac and Saab Mitsubishi. They have a great service department and the owners are assessible and desire to know of any problems and issues. I recommend them to everyone. I have been doing business with them for over five years and I have never been disappointed. This is unlike my Lexus dealership experience , as well as my Mercedes dealership which I am extremely disappointed. In fact, I am thinking about only purchasing Cadillac from this point forward because of their customer service and services rendered, and, I am not a paid spoke person.
