Historical Interpreter at the historic Carnton Plantation in Franklin, Tn. On November 30, 1864, the Battle of Franklin occurred in the heart of Franklin, Tennessee with the Confederate line passing through this historic location, which is now the resting place for 1,496 Confederate soldiers. Carnton was a privately owned home at the time of the battle and served as a hospital for Confederate soldiers.

Served as the Traffic Investigator for my agency, with the secondary assignment as an FAA certified Part 107 UAV operator for the agency DFR (Drones First Responder) program. Four years of experience as a LE UAV operator utilizing numerous UAV platforms. I have experience utilizing UAV platforms for tactical deployments, working in cooperation with our SWAT team, over watch for search warrant applications, use of UAVs for anti-terrorism sweeps for major events, search and rescue, death investigations and Evidence location details.Collateral duties consisted of TLO (Terrorism Liaison Officer), CNT (Crisis Negotiations Team), Mainline Detective on-call response team and long standing member of the RBPD Honor Guard team.POST certified firearms instructor, POST certified M26 and X26 taser instructor, POST certified Range Master. Experienced instructor for the Sage 37mm less lethal impact weapon, Colt series patrol rifles, and Glock 17 and Glock 21 patrol pistols. In addition I am a Certified Glock armourer, Lifetime member of the California Sexual Assault Investigators Association and graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide School. Mainline Detective experience working the juvenile/sex crimes/domestic violence desk and the persons crimes desk (Robbery/Homicide.)Retired as of November 2020.

Graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s training academy, class 313. Completed patrol training and went on to work patrol, Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving team, Gang team and K9 team. POST certified K9 handler having attended classes related to medical care for K9’s as well as tactical K9 courses. Collateral duties included low-rider task force, truancy details, city and regional DUI details, and was a member of the South Bay Platoon.
